The Consumer Decision Journey – Duncan Brown’s Infuse Blog

I agree that the traditional awareness/familiarity/consideration/purchase/loyalty model just doesn’t apply any more – McKinsey’s new version says that awareness isn’t even a prerequisite for consumer decision making.
